- Facilitate communication and scheduling between customers and vendors via WhatsApp.

Our platform integrates with trusted third parties to deliver functionality:
- WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API): Used to send and receive messages between vendors and customers. Your conversations flow through Meta’s infrastructure.
- Lovable: Provides the automation layer and workflow orchestration for scheduling flows.
- Supabase: Provides secure backend infrastructure, including database storage and authentication.
- Stripe (if integrated): Used to process payments. We do not store your payment card details.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and your use of our platform is also subject to their terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following cases:
- With Vendors/Customers: To fulfill booking requests and provide services.
